On Saturday at 5:50 pm we make magnesium thiosulfate solution. Drinking divine magnesium is found in the pharmacy and is very cheap.

4 tablespoons of magnesium sulphate in 750 ml of water, the solution is poured into a bottle.

It is quite bitter if we want to pour some fresh lemon juice to break the bitterness.

On Saturday at 18: 00 we drink 187.5 ml di. magnesium thiocyanate, about 3/4 of the beaker.

On Saturday at 20:00 we drink 187.5 ml di. magnesium thiocyanate, about 3/4 of the beaker.

On Saturdays at 21:50 we make lemon lemon as follows:

Half a glass of pure virgin olive oil and 3/4 of a glass of fresh lemon juice. Stir it and beat it all in a bottle.

We are at home because we will visit the toilet several times

On Saturday at 22:00, we drink all the olives, relax and sleep with a pillow on the head. Some may have a little bit of a lassuette, do not be afraid of being nothing.
